ummm it says in the xbox book that any mod to a 360 could result in the console becoming banned... they knew the chance and took it when they decided to mod the console. its not like Microsoft is inciting people to buy live and then ban the console so there really should be lawsuit imo. i doubt they will win but if smokers can sue tobacco companies for giving them cancer when it was their decision and they win i guess these ppl will win too
