I tried this out at GDC and was blown away that it worked at all. They monitored your brainwaves and then had you visualize an object doing an action such as move up or disappear while getting a second reading. The demo I tried still had it feeling quite a bit like a gimmick, but it was definitely promising enough that I would check it out again in the future.
