Yeah, it's a shame. I think Rock Revolution's destined for obscurity. As much as Konami established the whole Bemani genre, they dropped the ball when it came to the post-Beatmania/DDR world.
I REALLY liked Zoe Mode's last game, Crush, for the PSP. Wildly creative, totally overlooked.

It's a puzzle/platformer/mind-bender game. Think Super Paper Mario mixed with some Echochrome. Check out a review here: http://psp.ign.com/articles/79
