just built a puter with a 3.4 P4 hyperthread, 4gig of DDR2 RAM and and Geforce 8800gt video card

I don't know enough about the games yet to offer any helpful input on what one to buy, go for broke and get both if you can. When I get a game I don't like I just trade with a friend or family for something else.

I got Call of Duty 4 and 5 for my 360 they are great, and Resident Evil 5 is great 2, now i just hope Left for Dead is good

Left 4 Dead is an awesome, awesome game - but it's only really good as a multiplayer game. The single player aspect of it can get pretty boring quick, even though the bot AI is really good.
So, if you like playing with/against other people online, go with L4D. Otherwise, maybe Fallout.

it all depends on what difficulty setting ya got the single player on, but even on easy its a bitch lol

its supposed to add new perks and let u get up to level 30, the level cap was 20
