If he's wasting taxpayer money doing this, why don't the taxpayers attack him with a class action lawsuit for wasting time and money in the judicial system? I think that would be fair. It's the simple little behind the scene wastes of money like this that are completely ridiculous and spend more than we're usually aware of.
Not like he could pay it back either, so perhaps some technology deprived time behind bars might help him clear his head.
