Why adding 3D graphics to games was a bad idea

this guy is more in likely 72 rembering how 'Joe Cool' it was owning a Pong system and 16 bit being too much. He needs to take his jeritol and go back to the Bingo hall, picking up chickies in his Rascal.

There are a lot of 2D vs 3D whiners out there, but I do believe there is merit to 2D games being good, if not better in some cases. Not all cases, but some. IMO the best Super Mario, Zelda, Sonic, and Megaman were all 2D.
3D made a lot of gaming great, and helped bring a lot of realism to the gaming world, but it killed the camera, and changed focus of a lot of games from gameplay to graphics.
