Fine by me. RB2 was basically RB1 + more music - a lot of little frustrating things. If RB3 were simply more polish, there's just not a whole lot left to polish. Making a Beatles-focused experience means they could make it more of a "game" and less of a "platform for music."

Hopefully, RB3 will be a neat step forward into something new.

Rock legends my booty, they were nothing more than a "pop" band. "Love, love me do?" that's a pop song, and I love how they got hip and trendy with the hippies and their drugs.

They didn't so much get trendy (which implies they followed the trend); rather, they set the trends themselves and pushed the boundaries. When they started, sure, they were pretty much generic rock-of-the-times and were hot on what we'd consider pop today. But look at Abbey Road, Rubber Soul, Revolver, their crazy Sgt. Pepper album, and Magical Mystery Tour. These albums were not following any known trends.

But yeah on the "hippies and their drugs". :D That is undeniable.

They are a pop band. Nothing more nothing less.

I guess we'll just disagree. The albums I mentioned are definitely nothing to do with pop, then or now.

Man, this game STILL rocks. Played an hour of it this afternoon (mostly drums), some of it with the wife, and it's just the greatest multiplayer game ever made. Big fun. I hope they keep coming out with new good music. I could use some Muse, or Tool. Can't wait for Pearl Jam's "Ten" in March...

I have never refused to play this game, and never will. If I want to play guitar I'll get a real guitar put in 400 times more effort to enhancing my skill and then reap the reward of getting herpies from the fines groupies america has to offer.

One word: Fail.
