Hm. That's a pretty sizable chunk of gaming. Priority-wise, it's probably Mirror's Edge, Gears, Left 4 Dead, everything else. If I end up getting a PS3, LBP slides in there at number 2 or 3.

How's Left 4 Dead? I swear I keep talking about this, but I want to be ready with an idea for a Christmas present for the bro before the season is right upon me.

Very excited for LittleBigPlanet, if that hasn't been abundantly clear. :D Mirror's Edge seems visually very intriguing; I'd be interested to see if actual gameplay delivers.

L4D... I dunno. Haven't had a chance to play it, though I talked to a coworker who'd talked to an ex-coworker of ours who had, who thought (from what I heard) that it was a bit flat.

That doesn't really diminish my desire to play the game. The only real catch is that it's REALLY dependent on you playing with multiple people. Yeah, it scales some whether you're playing with 2 or 4 people, but it's pretty clear that the game's really meant to be played with 4, and everyone should be working together.

The only problem I see with the game is that half the people I know play Valve games religiously on the PC. Valve's shown they're REALLY willing to provide awesome support to the PC users, as they have with Team Fortress 2. Those updates will come to the 360 eventually, but if you want the real Valve love, you've got to go PC.

So, half go for PC, half (like me, who doesn't have a PC capable of playing modern games anymore) go for the 360. There's no PS3 version announced yet, so at least PS3 owners won't get screwed like they did on the shoddy port of Orange Box. Still - the problem is the divided userbase means that it's harder to get online games going with my friends, since if they're playing, half of 'em are playing on a different platform.

Bomb Track, I had San Andreas and that freaker was hard, but when I used the cheats, the game told me not to save it, and so I stopped using cheats... And as for sex in video games? What's up with that? We have enough of the sh*t in the movies... It should go out the way of Cigarettes did in TV advertising back in the 1970's..

Hey Ebeast is Mirror's Edge a good game? And what is Far cry like to play? Can someone play it in Single player mode? That is all I play in.. sorry people... Hey MK, I am up a level, to level 5. This is great. Hey I hate to say it bro, but the PS3 in my limited knowledge and insight to it, itsn't worth the money, due to not being able to play PS or PS2 based games on it and the cost was "OUTRAGEOUS" $500 bleeping dollars for it? And the best one was $600. bleeping dollars? I wouldn't pay that much for a console.. I would a PC or MAC.. They can do a lot more than a console is said to be able to due..

I haven't had a chance to play the demo for Mirror's Edge yet, but what I've read about it and the videos I've seen are completely incredible. It's reminds me a little bit of Prince of Persia but with more of an edgy atmosphere. I think it's all single player, so no worries for you there!

Haha, the funny thing is, gore doesn't freak me out at all! The sight of my own blood/injury doesn't make me queasy like some people get. It's just moving around within a 3d environment that gets me.
