See, this is why I believe the custom firmwares for all are win. Bricking stuff and you have recovery menus! (well, in some cases). Unless you're like me and destroy your flash0. >_>.

I was restoring my XMB on my PSP on 3.80m33-4 but nooooo i had to screw up my backing up. And restoration was no option apparently, as 3.80 m33-4 had issues with it. *tear* have to buy pandoras now.

yea the difference between this and the RRoD is the ps3 bricking cause of firmware is just a "Limited" number of ps3s and not a whole piss load like the RRoD was...Any sony needs to fix or send these people a new ps3 and the problem will be solved
