In a realistic world, I always assumed this sort of thing is what would happen to anyone Superman punched. Not so much that they'd go flying through the air, as they'd basically burst from the force of the impact.

Yeah, that's pretty much what would happen to a normal person if Superman (or Hulk or Thor or Captain Marvel or, hell, Spiderman) hit someone with even a half-serious punch. Anybody remember Terminator and the scene with the street punks?
