Myths Debunked

I *heart* Prof. Jenkins. Took a bunch of his classes while at MIT, adn though I'm sure he doesn't remember them, he's had a tremendous impact on how I think about media.
I find point number 7 (Video game play is socially isolating) particularly relevant. With most of my friends more than a short drive away (many several states away or entirely across the country), it's almost impossible to gather people up on any sort of regular basis to socialize.
Now, Live makes regular get-togethers a breeze. I'll regularly play with friends from Detroit, New York, or all over the Bay Area. All the other points are equally salient - it's an excellent article.
