I never understood how MS got away with selling software that was broken. There is no other business that can sell a product that doesnt work 100%. If I sold my customer something that was broken from the start, Id get in trouble. I remember when Windows 95 first came out idiots were paying Bill gates to actually Beta test his software 10 bucks a head for a CD. Those fools paid for the house he was building at the time. Even with the Alpha and beta testing they still released a product with bugs.

read their disclaimers and EULA's before installing most any software. Software is not like buying a brand new product at a store. It is closer to buying something that is used. The EUAL's state that the software may not function as intended, may or may not harm your files and or computer and that is your problem, if you do not like it do not click I agree. This is how they get away with it, we allow it by clicking I agree and using their junk anyway. We give them the power.
