Microsoft Quite Proud Of Xbox 360's Abusive Ownership Relationship

I love my 360 - it's the best console I've ever had, and Live is hands-down the best online service ever made. But the 360's hardware failures are a real problem that are impossible to dismiss with a pithy, Kutaragi-like response.
Bach should be contrite and apologetic every time someone mentions the hardware failure rate. It's an embarrassment to Microsoft that this ever happened in the first place.
