If google cant GOOGLE the keyword 'ANDROID' to see is some other person is Using it, then why own a Search Engine.
Just Kidding, I love Google. and why the hell is the word ANDROID a word no one can use by trademark standards. Kinda stupid. Kinda like calling your Company 'DOG' and saying no one can use that word, cause your a whiny lil' pipsqueek and trademarked it first. What ever.
I dont see a 'tm' next to the "BIBLE" so I better trade mark that S**T and make them change the name.... No Offence, just making a point.

The issue here is the guy's lawsuit has no merit.

1. his company collapsed in 2004.
2. You cannot copyright a termed name.
(even M$ had to change "windows" to "Microsoft Windows")
3. In order for it to be copyright infringement Google's android would have to be doing an identical job to Android Data which was an e-commerce business and not an operating system.
