One of the problems with this screenshot is that it *looks* like a more traditional cell-phone UI. One of the things that's great about the iPhone is that it *doesn't* look like a traditional cell-phone UI, which breaks it from years of terrible, slow interfaces. This *feels* like the old stuff, which is bad for them.
