I'm about 1/3 way through the lawsuit, and I do see bits here and there that seem specific enough to at least take a further look. They detail the similarities between the works starting in page 7, section B of the lawsuit.
#27 about the two swords growing out of the hands stands out for me as a very specific detail. A lot of the other stuff, however, sounds like a part of the bigger mythological narrative and similar to tragic circumstances that many heros and anti-heros face, such as the death of his family. In one example, they mention a long, sagging bridge. There are long, sagging bridges in so many works! I can see, still, if there are enough specific details like that, where a person can start being suspicious.
It would help if I knew the myths better. I might actually spend some time with wikipedia this evening to check. :D
