Great way to butcher one of the greatest games ever.

I'm still pondering on Buying Fallout 3.
Any Pro's and Con's to the game I should know about?

Pro: it's the best game ever if you haven't played the original two Fallout's.

Con: it's a butchered license if you have ever played the best RPG series ever released for PC.

ahem... let me give you pros and cons..
starting with cons cause there are a few
1.) radio stations - on constant loop that play stupid 1950's music that just repeats over and over and over again
2.) you can only level up to 21 once you get there thats it no more
3.) once game ends you can't just wander around and finish up the quests that you didn't finish so you have to start all over again or load a game previous to the end
4.) Ending is quite weak i thought
4.) unlike oblivion baddies don't respawn so once you clear out a subway station or area thats it there aren't anymore bad guys in that area

pros...
1.) massive map
2.) lots of bad guys to kill
3.) VATS RULES!!! Especially when u get the extra blood perk which makes shit blow up and body parts fly off.
4.) lots of crazy people in the game (there is a small town in the upper right corner of the map called the republic of dave filled with them)
5.) hacking computers is a really nice challenge.
6.) overall environment is just amazing all the destruction and radiation and Washington DC is amazingly done the white house the capital building pretty much every environment is amazingly done..

i know you all think i'm a idiot when it comes to games so i guess you'll just ignore my 2 cents and listen to the guy below me.

I have yet to pick up Fallout simply because as an adult with a job, friends, and romantic interests here and there, I do not have the time to dedicate to another Oblivion like game.


And now that I've said that word, I am going to have to play later. Dammit.

OK, ok, On my list for income tax... Fallout and Saints Row 2. Cannot go any further, I promised myself on getting my Tattoo equipment first thing. I have my priorities.
