EA to Publish Brutal Legend

yeah i've been watching this one for a while it first came to my attention in issue 175 november 2007 of Game Informer and i was quite stoked to hear about it.. On July 29, 2008, it was announced that Activision had opted not to pick up Brutal Legend from Vivendi Games's portfolio as a result of the Activision-Blizzard merger. On December 12, 2008, it was announced that Electronic Arts would publish the game in the 3rd quarter of 2009. But now with EA havin problems (i saw that they are getting rid of a lot of people) I wonder if it still will be coming out this year. I've always been a fan of Tim Schafer and with the previous rag on the Vampyre Story i thought this might be good to post as well.. also wanted an excuse to use the Donkey pic
