EA considering charging for 'very long game demos' - Analyst

With the rest of the world going ever more insane you would like to be able to get away with a little escapism. Unfortunately the video game industry seems intent upon jumping on the bandwagon as well.
If the gaming industry were a little more on top of their game and had their act together I could have a LITTLE less antipathy for this idea. However the fact that it is NOT and given the consistent release of titles which are barely polished enough to be final beta version, I find this utterly ludicrous.
Also... what, exactly, constitutes a "very long" game demo? Most GAMES aren't that long to begin with.

I won't be buying any "long demos" they aint rippin me off no more. They ripped me 10 yrs straight with a repackaged subpar football game. EA can kiss my ass!!!

DiPLoMa i agree that is why i still play madden 07 cause im sick of paying more money for a slight upgrade that should only be an update disk. or even DLC. but as long as people are paying for their products then they will keep it up. but the past few years they have noticed gamers not buying alot of their stuff. especially sports games.
