E3 Protestors Picket EA's Dante's Inferno

This one made me laugh and maddeningly angry at the same time, for a variety of reasons.
At one point, the interviewer asks if these protesters are protesting the game instead of the work of literature it is based on. Obviously, they don't know about "The Divine Comedy," but they certainly didn't admit it.
In fact, if they had read the original poem, they'd know that it's ABOUT many of the things Christian's hold dear: redemption, the consequences of sin, etc. Now, that's not to say that the game is exploring that territory at all, but I feel these "protesters" should be informed about what they're protesting. Instead, they saw a videogame that had hell in it, and they got all upset. It's funny and sad.
And the part when they say, "Our youth today live in a fantasy world to begin with, and they don't need any encouragement to follow in the sins that are laid out in the levels of hell." -- It's just an oxymoron on so many levels that I had to laugh out loud.

They're right, we don't need THAT in our society right now. Go do something more productive than picketing a freakin' video game.

I can think of about a dozen things that really could use some protesting right now. I protest this protest.
