City Of Heroes User-Generated Content A Hit

I remember playing CoH so many years ago, and it was a good game with a few serious flaws. It looks like they have user generated content now which should really neat, and enough to make me take a 3rd look at the game.
I honestly wish more games would do this. I remember back in the EverQuest days Verant would tout user-generated quests, but it never really happened. If more MMO's offered something like this, it could go a long way to preventing MMOs from becoming stale
