The TOS is usually disturbing or funny. For example Microsoft declares themselves not responsible for any injuries or deaths that occur because of the use of their product. Apple states in their terms of service to right to confiscate, deactivate, or render unusable any iPhone, iPod, or iPad for any reason without notice. There was a PC game that states they are not responsible for broken relationships, failing grades, or antisocial behavior.
